I have been coming here for a couple months now and I have always been welcomed with open arms until today. The facility is always clean and well maintained. However today the staff working was very pushy and rude. She talked down to me when I asked for help while introducing HotWorx to one of my good friends. We felt like we were being pushed out and unwelcome.EDIT: I was called by the manager and felt heard about my experience. Receiving an apology really does make a world of difference, and i’m grateful for this communication!
I have to give a shout out to Hotworx Indiana!! I travel all over Texas and I am very picky about which Hotworx I work out at but when I come to Lubbock to see my kiddo at TTU I go to all 3 of the locations depending where I am staying! The team is so friendly and and the studio is so clean!!!! If you have not tried out Hotworx the workouts are AWESOME!!!
Great option for people who like to take workout classes individually and not in a big group.
