Customers have expressed their satisfaction with the Great Clips location and the staff. One customer, who had been going to the salon for about 4 months, was initially concerned about her thinning hair, but the staff provided suggestions, and the customer has since noticed her hair becoming thicker again. The customer does not use any hair products except those sold by the salon and rinses her hair in lukewarm water, and she is now pleased with the youthful thickness of her hair.
I went about a month ago to get a haircut and absolutely loved everything about my experience. Despite coming in a little late, both Celess and Jayden did everything they could to make sure I was happy with the way my hair came out. They answered all my questions, took the time to ask me about what I wanted from the cut and even recommended products for my hair type. I will definitely be visiting this location again!!!
Jayden was a fantastic salon artist! Haircut was 101% what I needed and he did a fantastic job. Great conversation, and even though they were about to close he did not rush through the haircut. Also Zoe was funny. My favorite location in Lubbock for great clips.
I've always had excellent haircuts here. I do have my personal stylist but on the chance that she's on vacation, the other stylists have always left me satisfied and happy.
