My wife and I recently visited the FootTech on 19th street. Both her and I couldn't be more happier with our recent visit and purchase. I needed shoes for work and the employee who helped us, Nick, was awesome! Nick was so knowledgeable in his suggestions I walked in thinking what I brand I wanted, and walked out with a better suggestion. I know the shoes will be better for him when it comes to my job. I thank footTech and especially Nick for the help!

Love this place! They analyze how you walk and give you a foot scan so you actually end up in the right shoe for your feet. It was started by local doctors who care about this stuff, and you can feel it the moment you walk in. The people there are nice and really good at what they do. Angie is my favorite! You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. Go here once and you’ll never shop for shoes anywhere else in Lubbock!

Sean W. at the 19th st location in Lubbock was great. He helped me figure out the perfect shoe for my running and slight pronation. He was polite and respectful the whole time, and very knowledgeable. The rest of the staff were great and checked on me when he was in back getting shoes and everyone was talkative and friendly. Sean was a brilliant first impression for this store, and he should be retained and promoted. I’ll be coming here for all my shoes and running needs in the future. Clearly great management as well, keep it up.
