Great company. John , the manager was a great help. He understood what needed to be done and he did it effectively and time efficiently. He didn’t talk over my head or at me. He talk to me as a person and I could tell he really truly cared about his company as well as me as a Person and not just a customer. I hope I won’t need to use them again however, I will definitely use them again and no one else. I love the fact that we just talked about God and our beliefs while he did his job. Falcon Flood services has helped me with a flooded master bedroom and kitchen after a hot water heater malfunction. I can say that they are the most impressive and professional service I have had to use, they worked with my insurance adjuster and advocated on my behalf to make sure that I was reimbursed for their service. Jon, was professional, communicated with me at every step in the process from beginning to end, and was open and transparent about cost, and services. I can not express how thankful I am to Falcon Flood Service, I came home to a flood durning Memorial weekend. Monday morning Jon and his crew came out and looked at the place and explained everything that needed to be done, He immediately tore out the carpet placed fans out to dry out the place, they moved my furniture with care, and the following day they came and pick up the wet carpet from my front yard. For three days the fans were on so no mold would build up, and in those three days Jon was there checking the flooring and to see how I was doing.
