I called Falcon Flood Services and within an hour they were at my home and getting set up to take care of everything. Friendly, courteous and kept me in the loop of each and every single step. From the start they showed the professionalism that has been lacking in so many other companies for years. I hope I don’t ever need flood services again but if I do I can guarantee that this company will be the first call I make! Best service I have received in years!
I have been doing business with Falcons Flood services for many years now and they never cease to amaze me. Their communication and professionalism is unparallel. Every technician I have ever dealt with has been very knowledgeable and thorough. Recently we got a new puppy and he got into my oil paints. He decided to chew up 2 paint tubes over our very expensive rug. My wife and I thought the rug was cooked...NOPE. Flacons was able to get all of the oil stains out and restore the rug to like new condition! Falcons is the best!
Had a great experience working with this company. They have fought for us with insurance and we could not have done it without them. Will recommend to anyone!
