Wish I could leave zero stars. DO NOT GO TO THIS WOMAN! She botched my first session and told me it would be "fixed" after the 2nd session and another $275. I drove 3 hours round trip after seeing her work and everyone spoke highly of her... girl, do not walk, RUN FROM THIS WOMAN! Her work is polar opposite from the false advertising displayed in her photos! She did not map angles at all. Literally just eye-balled the eyeliner. She didn't move from one side to the other during the application. She had me lay on the bed and just turn my head from side to side while she stayed on the right side of the table with my head basically in her lap. I messaged her once the giant bruise under the wing faded and it was apparent my eyeliner was WONKY! I went back and forth with her for days. I will attach screenshots of the conversation. She would leave me on read but once I double texted, only then did she say her lack of response was due to a funeral... ALL WHILE SHE WAS POSTING TO SOCIAL MEDIA DURING THE TIME SHE GHOSTED ME! I asked for a refund to cover the cost of my removal and she refused. She attempted to compare a TATTOO ON MY FACE to going from black hair to blonde in a salon. Are you kidding?! She also tried to tell me Botox takes time to work... Ma'am, neither of those services are PERMANENT! The way she tried to stand behind the trainwreck of her job blew my mind! She really tried to say it was due to the fact it requires a second session! I wouldn't trust this woman to draw me a stick figure on kindergarten construction paper, let alone come near me with the pigments she buys on Amazon (which Sandra did tell me what her product was after I asked per my new provider to remove Sandras work). Apparently she is PROUD of this garbage eyeliner and stands behind her work... which, after you see the photos, you will also question her judgement and professional integrity! Save your money. I paid her $275 and my removal will cost $300 each session. Luckily her saturation was trash and I'm crossing my fingers it will only need one session! I cannot tell you enough how absolutely trash her work is after my personal experience. And clearly the customer service is garbage as well!

This was a beautiful tattoo shop that has many artists that work in the space. Please note that they do NOT have a front desk person- so book the appointment directly with the artist.I booked my appointment with Stacy & she was so patient with me. I was a little jumpy ( involuntary muscle twitches) & she rolled with it. We had a great consult before and then her magic began!!! I live in Washington DC, but I have family in Lubbock. I knew when I saw her Instagram that I would love to get some artwork with her! I highly recommend her & I will be back for more in the future.

This was the BEST cosmetic tattoo experience I have ever had! Sandra and her team were amazing, so knowledgeable, and super nice. The use of numbing ointment was great and almost pain free! I would HIGHLY recommend going or making the drive to them! I drove 4 hours worth every dime! I did Lips, brows, and eyeliner all in one day!

We planned this 2 month in advance and put a 100 dollar deposit. This dude shows up 2 hours late on a Sunday. No apology no work prepped and still had to wait another hour. Completely unprofessional
