I had a great experience with this company. I was skeptical at first, yes, because of reviews. They; however, did show up on time. They were very profesional. They did bring the wrong product for preventive care initially, but this was easily resolved by a phone call. On the next treatment visit, all was corrected. I was so impressed that I have booked them for continued treatment. Very impressed.
We are very happy with our technician today. Brett S. listened to our concerns and he explained how he would remedy our problem areas. We really appreciate his work and efforts with our home.
Don't pay the technicians in cash. I made that mistake, and now they're saying I didn't pay him. Other than that, they are a pretty good company. I won't work with anyone who steals, though, so I won't pay them twice, and I won't have them back.
