This was my first-ever massage, so if you're a newbie like me, this review's for you! I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the entire experience was super comfortable and easy, thanks to how professional and thoughtful the staff was. The masseuse took time to explain everything in detail—what the process would be like, how long each part would take, and even asked about my preferences for pressure. They also gave me options for the lighting in the room, which made a big difference in helping me relax. I got to try the Japanese head spa yesterday with Keeley and absolutely LOVED it! I HIGHLY recommend this service as it’s not only relaxing but it is very educational as well about all of your hair and scalp needs.
Keeley was so sweet, kind, informative, and patient!! Loved my Japanese head spa experience here and will 100% be coming back and be referring my friends! Such great people running this establishment and they deserve all the business!
