The center caters to various sports and training interests, such as bodybuilding, Hyrox, obstacle course training, spartan racers, boxing, MMA, and BJJ. It even has rare machines and a grappling dummy. For water aerobics enthusiasts, the center employs a friendly and professional staff, including Janet, Laura, Michelle, and others. The pool and locker rooms are kept clean and warm, providing an enjoyable experience for regular water aerobics participants. This is the best gym I've ever been to and I've travelled all over the US. For $35-50 per month you get everything in the membership including the pool and sauna. The staff are very nice. And they have EVERYTHING!! I'm interested in many types of sports and training and they met all my needs! Bodybuilding, Hyrox, obstacle course training, spartan racers, boxers, MMA, BJJ, etc As a gym rat they had machine I dreamed were at most generic gyms, they even had machines I've never seen before. They even had a grappling dummy I found in one of the studio rooms!!! In my home stat a gym like this is $300-400/month.
I really love Lifestyles! I do water aerobics several times a week. The staff is wonderful. Especially Janet, Laura, Michelle, and Brenda (not me). The locker rooms and pool areas are very clean, and the water is warm.
Love this place. State of the art equipment. Friendly, professional and very helpful staff. Water aerobics have become a big part of my life. Highly recommend for any level of fitness needs.
