Had my first experience here today. I like to get shellac/gel on my real nail instead of getting acrylic or tips. I was really impressed with the facility (they have you wash your hands before getting started, which is great ever since COVID), very spacious and clean. I did not feel pressured or rushed to make a decision, but the nail artist was fast and efficient with her work! I highly recommend this nail salon! I had Thy (pronounced “Tee”), and she was a lot of fun and liked doing the nail art we chose together. ?

Best nail salon in Lubbock. Always available to help. Truly prioritize customers unlike other locations in Lubbock. Strayed away 1-2x and kept coming back for a reason. Kevin is amazing and makes your concerns well addressed. The best!

My daughter wanted her nails done on Thanksgiving day. Thank God they were open! Great staff and service. She is real happy with the work done to her nails. I would suggest to pay with cash. She used her two birthday gift cards and was charged $3 for each transaction. $6 total credit card fee seems to be a little excessive.
