I had an appointment scheduled here that I made two weeks in advance. When I arrived, I showed proof of my call and the scheduled time, but I was told they didn’t have anyone available to do my service. Despite being told I was on the schedule, they couldn’t accommodate me at all. This was very unprofessional and a frustrating experience. I would not recommend coming here.

This was my first time here and they did not disappoint! My student stylist Madison did an amazing job! Shout out to the instructor for being an amazing teacher! She definitely knows her stuff! I will continue to go there!

I got mollie, as my hair stylist today! She is well rounded, energetic and confident! She gave me her all with a fantastic attitude and I’m so excited to come back and see her for my next appt. She not only does hair but nails too! Thanks to her for doing a great job, secondly the atmosphere was amazing. What a great place to learn!

Beware when making an appointment here. I definitely didn’t expect to show up and be told that they didn’t have any appointments scheduled for the day. I understand mix-ups/mistakes happen, but the woman in charge(?) was dismissive and unwilling to look into the situation. She didn’t even ask my name! Best of luck to the students & I hope they receive better treatment during their tenure!

This place is a total scam! It’s just a money grab so the owners can go on vacation. The day you start orientation, be expected to have to give them a 5 star review on EVERYTHING. This is how they’re keeping their reputation “up”, despite not doing business properly. I attended this school not long ago, and I learned the bare minimum to the point that I was not confident taking my esthetics exam, or continuing getting my cosmetology license, which I already had hours in. Highly disappointed in Evett and Melissa especially for their favoritism towards particular people and lack of knowledge in what they’re “teaching”.

Awful! I got my kids ready to get there on time for my son's perm. He was really excited. After being left up front, with no greeting, we finally went to ask for help. We were left waiting again and were finally told our appointment was canceled, that the instructor wanted to deep clean. My son cried. A phone call would have been appreciated and professional.

Super scammy business…. I was really excited for everything I would learn attending cosmetology school, but was very surprised when I got there to see immense amounts of bullying demonstrated by the teacher (April), female owner (I believe her name is Melissa) and front desk lady (Evett)
On my FIRST day, orientation, they made everyone pull out their phone and rate Caviar 5 stars on each social media and google. This was non optional.
The kits that they give you are cheap, and the school doesn’t focus on getting clients like they say they will. All the owners care about are how bougie your clothes are and how often they can go on vacation.
If you’re looking for a cosmetology school, veer as far away from this place as you can. I regret going here every day and wish I had gained the knowledge I was promised.
