Keoni, the technician was fantastic. He was able to explain what services he was going to provide, and also asked if there were any issues they would like for them to address. He didn't try to up sale me into getting a different service. When I asked for a particular service, he explained how it works, how it is applied and the effectiveness of the treatment.
