We've been here before and the service was great! This go around is the same. Everything was explained in detail. Each employee we came in contact with was very kind and helpful. Would recommend to family and friends!

Awesome!! I moved to TX and had my orthodontics done a few years ago out of state. My original retainer broke after several years of use (normal wear) and I needed a replacement. My out-of-state ortho wasn’t able to make me a retainer so I found BBB and decided to give them a try. The staff was extremely welcoming, friendly and very helpful!! Prior to my visit, I read reviews saying they weren’t and that is just not the case. They got me in within 2 hours of calling and had my retainer done within 2 hours of taking impressions!
