We found both Heath and Bailey to be very pleasant and professional to work with. Both were obviously focused on doing exactly what we wanted done. They provided high quality materials and excellent workmanship. Being retired, we were home most of the time that Bailey was working. He took steps to keep dust and dirt contained as much as possible, and mitigate noise where he could. We are very pleased, both with the results and the process involved with getting here.

When the proposal was presented for a conversion of our shower and samples of the Onyx products were displayed, I was immediately impressed with the quality of the materials. We chose Bath Innovations because we were so impressed by the owner, Heath, who was very honest, knowledgeable, no pressure sales, and there wasn't any price haggling. Then, once the installation began, we were so incredibly impressed by Bailey! His knowledge and expertise is amazing, and he is extremely detail oriented. On top of that, Bailey is so nice and friendly, we know we will miss him when the job is over. Last but not least, Bailey is *extremely* trustworthy and has an incredible work ethic. He is simply the best and I can't say enough positive things anout Bailey.
