Highly recommended Arctic Air! We have a 1 week old infant on our home and air conditioning went out! They were at our house in less than an hour and got it fixed right away!! Thank you Melanie for your stellar customer service. Thank you Chris for your prompt response and getting the house to cool down for our precious one.
The whole team, from the ladies working in the office to the technicians who came out to evaluate and install our new AC unit, did a great job! Very knowledgeable and courteous. The price was fair and on par with other companies.
Great service by the technician, Jose. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the maintenance for my a/c. Arctic Air always takes care of my heating and cooling systems, whether it be from their very good technicians to the owner, Shane Temple himself, coming to my house.
