They were really busy and they would come as soon as they could to repair our heater. Drew was the technician and after he repaired it he made sure it was working properly. I would highly recommend Artic air. Sylvia,Melanie, Drew and Chris are doing a great job. Thank you God bless
The last two techs have been great! When I have questions, the techs will answer and show me what to look for when explaining things. A part had to be ordered, and they could install it the same day the part came in. Sylvia, the person I have talked with at the office, has always been kind and professional. I even had to call and ask her to let the tech know my husband was on the way. The tech arrived earlier than expected, and they were understanding of this. I highly recommend this place.
Can't say enough good about Artic Air! They replaced my whole HVAC system this afternoon. Melanie and Sylvia are so polite and keep you notified about options, timing, price, etc., and the work crew is exceptional, and personable. To say that I'm elated, would be an understatement!
