I have a very narrow heal... so i left a brand new pair of high heels with them to have a piece of elastic put across the top to keep them on. Boy the wife made them so well with a piece of leather with some elastic and to top it off a sparkly stud! Very pleased! Highly Recommend!

Very knowledgeable and courteous staff. In short, I didn't have my boots repaired due to original manufacturing processes negating any future repairs.I'm highly bummed as they are my favorite work boots. But after the nice discussion about the lack of viable options, it's best that they are tossed.Although I did not have the services for boot repair, I was treated very politely, and I will bring other boots for repair, when needed.

I brought in a tote bag that needed the snaps on the straps replaced, and the owners could not have been more kind to me. The repair price was very reasonable and my tote bag was ready when promised.
