Good experience with dispatch. Justin came and towed my car to shop and drop it in overnight spot at repair shop. . Popped the hood so we could put cables on so I could close windows. He took one look at the work the Walmart techs had just done on my battery, looked ticked off, and fixed my car in 10 mins. Still starting up stronger than ever. Thanks guys
I had to get my son's truck towed at a moment notice. I called Gonzales Wrecker and they took care of it immediately for us. Very professional, friendly and quick! They made a stressful situation so much easier for us. And they are priced just right as well! If you every need help with towing...I highly recommend these folks! They will take care of you!!
My daughter had a blowout on I27 near 1585 as she was driving to school at 7:30am. It took me a few minutes to get to her, but by 7:45, I'd called AND left messages with 5 different tow companies. Gonzales Wrecker Service not only responded immediately, but they were the ONLY one to respond! Even as I write this review 4 weeks later... I NEVER heard back from any of the others. I don't remember the drivers name, but he and the dispatcher were kind and courteous. They were there and had the car loaded by 8:15am, and sitting in my driveway by 8:30am. Truly excellent service, 10 out 10, would recommend!
