My wife and I were initially contacted by 806 House Buyers by phone. We were asked if we were interested in selling our property on 77 th Street. I explained that we had built a new home 2 years ago and would be interested in selling our older property at some point. We stayed in contact. We are in our mid 70's and decided that we needed to sell in order to take care of an elderly parent who resides outside of Lubbock. We did not have time to make repairs and upgrades to the home. Sydni and her team worked expeditiously with us and offered a fair price the next day. It has been a pleasant experience that I will share with friends.
