West Loop Animal Hospital is praised for its excellent care and teamwork. Customers appreciate the kind and courteous staff who explain costs and treatments clearly. The hospital is known for treating pets as family, ensuring they receive personalized attention. Many long-time clients, some for over 14 years, consistently report stellar experiences and highly recommend the practice. The staff takes their time and provides compassionate care, even in difficult moments like euthanasia. They are also accommodating and fairly priced, offering specific products such as allergen dog cookies for added convenience. The hospital’s team works hard to ensure pets receive the best treatment possible, often going above and beyond to follow up and ensure their recovery. Overall, West Loop Animal Hospital is a trusted choice for pet care.
Dr. Flanagan and all the techs took great care of our bunny! They were very thorough in her examination and even offered advice on at home preventative measures. I am very pleased considering there are not many vets in Longview that will see rabbits. Thank you guys!
By far the best experience I have ever had with a veterinary team. They care as much about our animals as we do. The team is amazing! Extremely grateful to have crossed paths with Dr. Howard. He has gone above and beyond for our fur-babies. Thank you guys for all you do. Highly recommend!!!
West Loop Animal Hospital had my cat feeling better in 24 hrs without trying to upcharge several tests that were not necessary. Everyone was so caring and friendly! Reasonably priced and quick service! Thank you so much!
