My dog got into a fight with my daughters dog and she bit my daughters dog in shoulder joint. I was worried about infection. So I took her in at 330 am and everyone was so kind to her. They got her taken care of quickly.
My cat had some unexpected problems and ended up spending the weekend getting care at East Texas Pet Emergency Clinic. He received very good care, the vets called and kept me updated, and I was able to visit him both days. When he was discharged Monday morning we were able to have a conversation with the vet that was there, and the vet techs. We are very happy with the medical care he received and also the loving attention they showed him. It was expensive, which makes it difficult, but we understand that is the cost of the level of care he received. We would use them again, if needed.
