We left our dog in the car and left it running for him for a few minutes while we went into a store today but when we came back out the car had turned off by itself and the dog had hit the lock button too so we couldn’t get in and he was panting like crazy. We called Sartain and David came as fast as possible and opened the door in less than 30 seconds. He told us he doesn’t charge for dogs or kids locked in cars. He really saved the day. We are so grateful and will be using Sartain any time we need locksmith services in the future!
I will never stop recommending these people, and will never forget their kindness to me when my pup locked herself in the car! These are good people that respond quickly and are good at what they do!!
Called Sartain for a problem with my 2016 Buick Cascada!! Thought it was a key fob issue but ended up being the BCM or body control module. David showed up and worked on it for a couple of hours and figured out the problem but still tried to get the car running!! Turns out it needs to be put in the shop but this man went way above what an employee usually does to help a customer!! He's a true asset to your company and this world needs more people like him!! Thanks to David and Sartain!! Will definitely call your company next time I have a key fob problem!!
