Dustin is a wonderfully dedicated contractor who is committed to making sure his customers are 100% pleased with his team’s work! He was responsible, reliable, and excellent to work with on our project at Lake Cherokee. We appreciated his honesty about materials needed for the job and the timeframe it would take to get the job done! I’m still amazed how fast his team worked and got the job done right! We hired Dustin and his team for a complete remodel of our kitchen, den, and powder bathroom. From the very beginning Dustin put us at ease with his knowledge, communication style, thoroughness, and professionalism. His team was excellent and so personable, as were all the subcontractors he worked with and works with regularly. His teams changed out floors, built and installed custom cabinets with countertops, installed a wonderful backsplash, replaced a closet with a mud room style cabinet and bench, painted all of the rooms, and installed new appliances. I NEVER write reviews but we recently had Dustin and his team at Insight remodel our master bathroom and I would definitely recommend them! We initially had 5 different contractors come out to give us bids. Dustin was by far the most professional and personable. From start to finish we felt like he truly listened to what we were wanting to do, added his thoughts as well, but didn't override our ideas. The remodel went as smoothly as possible! Dustin communicates everything which adds to the ease of the project. His sub-contractors were top notch. Our bathroom is spectacular! I feel like we are at a resort.
