Jessica is the one that helped me. Not only did she do everything to get it right. She went above and beyond and here’s how. I left my $200 plus dollar glasses in the basket after I had picked them up. I left the store and went about my business. When I realized what I had done, I called her and told her what happened. Instead of passing me off the people who do not answer the phone she physically walked down to customer service just to check for me.
