Home warranty contractor initiated service from this company for hot water heater replacement. They came out and gave us an estimate. The company never contacted the warranty provider. I contacted them after 3 weeks and they gave the company approval to replace the heater after the company gave the insurance the cost of the heater. He “couldn’t find one”, left us without a hot water heater for 6 weeks. I found another company who found the tankless heater and installed it in less than 3 business days. This is the BEST company that American Homeshield have to offer. I’ve owned my home fir the past 16 years and used AHS services for many of them.....,please contract with more companies like A-Pro!Service: Installation

I have used A Pro Mechanical on several occasions. I have never had to wait more than a day to get someone out to look at my AC Unit, which has had numerous problems. A few months ago, ants had decided to invade the contacter on the outside unit. The service guy showed up when he said he would, removed the contacter, cleaned it up, put it back together and didnt charge me a dime. These are good folks that take pride in their work and I cant recommend them enough.
