I was extremely pleased with their service. They were prompt, arriving exactly when scheduled. The technicians were highly professional, demonstrating excellent knowledge, and competence. My A/C system is working flawlessly. Highly recommend for their reliability and expertise.
I would recommend best air. The technician James was friendly, professional and incredibly knowledgeable. He was extremely up front and honest and I felt he genuinely wanted to help me out the best he could. I had to have major work done on my attic unit as it had frozen over. James and the best air crew were able to get the part replaced and get my AC summer ready. Highly recommend and please give James kudos!
Had a home barn and apartment built about 1 year ago. Best air installed two AC units. The one in the apartment quit cooling last week. Best Air had a technician out quickly and had us up and running.Great and friendly customer service. Will definitely do business with them in the future.
