If I had ever reviewed this company back when it was the family group of Axley & Rode, I would have given it 5 ⭐
The CPAs and receptionists still employed there who have served our family so well over the years are still worth far more than that.
I would love to mention them by name, but frankly, in this day and age of corporate greed, I feel that would be a liability for them and jeapordize their continued employment.
The takeover of A&R by CRI, as corporate takeovers so often do, has paved the way for oversight, outsourcing of menial tasks, and a much less personable and attentive experience.
