The CPAs and receptionists still employed there who have served our family so well over the years are still worth far more than that.
I would love to mention them by name, but frankly, in this day and age of corporate greed, I feel that would be a liability for them and jeapordize their continued employment.
The takeover of A&R by CRI, as corporate takeovers so often do, has paved the way for oversight, outsourcing of menial tasks, and a much less personable and attentive experience.
In short, CRI is systematically destroying the family atmosphere and core values so diligently cultivated for their clientele by Axley & Rode, making my 4⭐ rating a sheer act of generosity, hope for improvement within this company, and cessation to these shameful takeover practices 🙏🏻”
