She was generous enough to honor the gift card, and I was able to book the Japanese Zen head spa with Valerie. Valerie ensured I was relaxed the entire time and was sure to check in with me frequently on water temperature, pressure, etc. I left Elite with the cleanest and most pampered my scalp as ever been and a few days later my hair is still super soft and shiny.
