I'm not one to complain but this is where I start to question things like why are my cuticles dry. And I wanted matte not shine. She rushed even though it came out good. Just unsensable to not go back tomorrow and ask to fix this. Not hating just a concern I have as a paying customer.

I've been a customer for a year, most of the time I have an appointment and I have to wait for at least 30 mins! the polish sometimes went down after 2 or 3 days in some nails.

Really depends on the tech! First time there it was great I should of reviewed that tech and she would of been a 5 star! I went the second time same day of the week and around the same time so it wasn't busy. Terrible!!!!! she cut my nails very short and not straight. The polish was a terrible job on my hands and the whole thing seemed rushed even know there was no one waiting for service. The pedicure was average and rushed too. Didn't offer anything to drink and said probably 6 words to me the whole time. I think maybe she was listening to earbuds I really don't know! The paint on my finger nails are already chipping!
