“I dealt with Chris (the owner) and felt very comfortable from the initial meeting with him. He (and his crew) were very professional and did exactly what they said they would. I did not get hit with any change orders or unforeseen condition costs which was a concern of mine. I had Chris price up and add chimney caps, repair ventilation flutes in the attic and extend some venting pipes that were originally installed and terminated in the attic with a Swedish cap suppressor. These were all separate and out of the scope of the original roof contract. Chris was extremely fair in the pricing of those extras and did an excellent job on all.I would definitely recommend Chris Olsen for home improvement and roofing projects.
