Fantastic Inflatables offers friendly and reliable service, with quick setup and clear communication. Customers appreciate the clean inflatables, tables, and chairs, which made for a fun day. However, there was a concerning incident where a rented waterslide caused infections, and the owner was unresponsive when notified. Despite this, many customers praise the staff’s professionalism and the overall positive experience. The business is highly recommended for parties, though the recent safety issue highlights the importance of proper sanitization.
I’ve rented from fantastic inflatables 4 times and never had a problem until recently.
We rented a waterslide on the 4th of July from them and 6 different people from our party contracted a staph infection. We have traced it back to the waterslide definitely. When my sister in law called to inform them and nicely give them a heads up, the owner just brushed her off and acted like she didn’t care. It’s clear that they don’t take the necessary measures to sanitize their inflatables. I won’t be renting from them again sadly.
Amazing service! Called the day before to make sure everything was perfect. They showed up and set up quickly! i watched the sweet lady check to make sure everything was clean and even cleaned a few spots! My daughter had the best day and Mama and Daddy were very happy with the service! I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know!
Everything was perfect! Staff is so friendly, great communication, answered all of my questions. They arrived early to set up! The bounce house was clean and the kids loved it! We also got tables and chairs that were clean and in great condition! Highly recommend and will be using them again!
