A few days ago I tried to get my daughter’s hair cut at a different place. She was not cooperative at all and we both were stressed the entire time. We ended up just trimming it but wasn’t able to cut bangs. I reached out to Rachel Cessna to see if she could possibly try. She opened her shop up today just for us so my daughter wouldn’t be distracted and it would only be us. Rachel was so amazing with her. There were no tears, no fighting, and everyone was calm.
