“Had a really weird thing happen to a laptop.....could not figure it out, even used AI to no avail....did a search for 'computer repair near me' and five locations came up.....called each of them and Liberty Hill Computer is the only one that answered the phone (a good business practice)....Leah was very personable and after I told her my tale, she said bring it in which I did around noon....the shop is very easy to find and a nice clean space.....Leah indicated that one of the techs or the owner would look at it and let me know there were other orders ahead of mine and at best, probably a next day turn around.....I got a call from Keith around 4:00 and he said he had it fixed and I could come and get it.....bill was $75....quite a bargain!....from a customer perspective, under promise and over deliver is always a winner.....“
