“This is my first full year finishing out their membership and I have been impressed with all three technicians who came out. Unfortunately my dog was recently put on medications which caused him to have to pee inside and Ben worked with me to try to remove the stain and gave me tips how to handle in the future. I was so glad I called them a year ago (after reading all the positive reviews) to handle another water overflow emergency and glad I stuck with them. Ben was a very professional expert today and shared that he has 17 years of experience so that was a plus. My *ONLY* regret is I wish they would make space for their existing customers so we could have treated my rug sooner. It took a month to get them out here.“
