Wow! If you believe in excellent customer service Martin is truly a professional. I needed to have my floor tile/grout cleaned and carpet restretched. He was upfront telling me what needed to be done and performed the tasks quickly and to my satisfaction. You can definitely tell he takes pride in his work and wants to treat his customers with care. Pure Heaven will definitely be at the top of my carpet care recommendations list!

Pure Heaven has certainly lived up to its name and reputation today! Martin, our technician, was amazing, thorough, professional and friendly... He repaired an area on the carpet that our dog had dug through to the floor. Thankfully we had a piece of carpet from when we first bought it years ago! SEE my before and after pics showing the repair and how clean the carpet is around it after having it cleaned! The smell is wonderful, the carpet looks awesome, and I could not be happier. The price is very very reasonable for the cleaning and the repair. I can tell you that Martin goes above and beyond in his work and I highly recommend him and Pure Heaven.
