We had a great experience working with Chip, Trish, and team! They helped with the entire process from filing a claim to roof install. They are extremely knowledgeable with the product they use and the roofing process from removal to install. Their communication is top notch. Chip ALWAYS responds to texts or calls promptly. We appreciated the straight forward communication and his willingness to earn business. On the day of install, chip was at the house at 6am to ensure his team was ready and equipped to start at 7am.
