Dr. Gaines has been outstanding—professional, attentive, and genuinely focused on my recovery. Her approach has been both thoughtful and reassuring throughout the process. I have also been able to apply some of the recovery techniques she introduced for continued progress outside of treatment.

The front desk staff, especially Jamie, has been consistently helpful, courteous, and well-organized. Every interaction has been smooth and handled with professionalism.
