I am most impressed with this facility! I made an online appointment this morning for 8:45am. I was pleasantly surprised to be called back to an exam room literally two minutes after I took a seat in the immaculate waiting room. Everyone was so kind and sympathetic to my pain(uti). I was out the door with my prescription within 40 minutes. I highly recommend this facility for your medical needs when your primary is unavailable.

My provider Jennifer was so comforting! She immediately made me feel better just by the way she treated me. Amazing customer service. My concierge Jackie was equally kind and helpful. Both of them immediately made my day better and the service was fast and efficient.

Great urgent care facility. The facility was very clean and polished. They were quick to take my grandmother back as a walk-in. LaQuietta at the front desk was personable and helpful both on the phone and in person. Kendrick, MA, was quick and kind. The Sofia rapid COVID/flu test was done at bedside, so we knew the results as soon as the machine was done. Ramita, NP, evaluated my grandmother promptly, provided a chest xray (with quick results) and prescriptions for her symptoms. Our concerns were heard and the visit was convenient, prompt, and caring.
