I am not only happy with my experience, I’m completely blown away!! Get this - I was very concerned about the weight of my potential new frames, having past bad experiences with uncomfortable glasses. Nathan, the manager, took my old frames that were the right weight, and the frames I was considering, and actually took them to a register scale to weigh them both for comparison! Now, that is above and beyond customer service in my estimation! Target optical offers a 90 day customer happiness guarantee, so you really can’t go wrong there. Thank you, Nathan. My glasses got all bent, and I couldn’t fix them no matter what I did. I came in and asked if they could help and amazingly they are now perfect! No charge! The customer service was fantastic! What a great place!
