T Rock worked with me through the process of submitting claims for hail damage, answering all the insurance questions and issues, installed my roof as committed and it’s beautiful. They worked.with me on selection and did everything on time as committed. They did some additional repairs too. I’ve had a lot of experience with construction and they have been the best at being on time, doing excellent work and cleanup. There was also great supervision and communication.
Nick and Shawn came to evaluate the damage on my roof and were the perfect professionals you would want. They walked me through possible issues, repairs, and costs. They spot fixed small items during the inspection and have a very reasonable quote for the full repair. Highly recommend T-Rock and their team for your roofing needs.
I have had the pleasure of working with Chase on more than one occasion. In North Texas it feels like hail storms and roof replacements are almost as certain as taxes. However Chase made the process easy. He understood the importance of the safety of my animals during the roof replacement process. When I had questions about changing the ventilation in my attic, he called in Sam to ensure that not only my questions were answered but also that the ventilation was maximized for my specific floor plan.
