Great service and responsiveness! Had a pump leak and they came out asap even though the pump was still running. Offered and provided pricing to fix as well as upgrade. Didn't try to hard sell the upgrade but just provided facts on both options for me to decide. Didn't rush an answer either! Kyle was our service guy and was very communicative in advance of service appt and efficient on the work. Have used them for both simple service and larger issues like this. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Mitch has done an excellent job of training his technicians. Superior Pools have the best techs around. Always a call when they arrive and a call when they leave. I’ve recently had to spend quite a bit of money upgrading my older pool’s electronics. Well worth it. No telling how much money they’ve saved me in the past so when I’ve had to spend money I totally trust them and take their word for it! And I am a miser!! Elizabeth is the best!!!!

We had Superior Pools out to do a repair on our pool. Casey was our contact and scheduled Fernando and Adrian i think his name was, hope I don't have that wrong. Anyway, let me tell you about these guys. Above and beyond phenomenal service! The guys were great, professional and I am a happy customer. They finished two days before the sleet started a few weeks ago. That was the day I was filling the pool. It wouldn't turn on because the crew winterized it so with no techs around, Casey drove like 30 min to an hour each way from home in the starting sleet to turn my pool on after trying to walk me through it on the phone.
