We selected SW interiors and we regret it. The epoxy was advertised to resist staining. It didn't and they refused to fix it. They strung us along for two years with promises to fix and correct, the call recommended scrubbing the stains away. Save you time and money.

We’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with this company. They completed the tile installation for our new build through David Weekley, but failed to install the required waterproof membrane beneath the shower tile. As a result, we experienced water damage that required our entire bathroom and shower to be demolished and completely redone.

This has turned into weeks of delays, ongoing repairs, and constant disruption for our family. We thought we were finally nearing the end of the process, only to discover that the tile around the bathtub was cut incorrectly and now has to be redone entirely — again. Have tried contacting “Melissa” numerous times and never received a callback. Looks like this might be par for the course from this company. If she no longer works there, then changing the voice mail message might be a good idea.
