I have been coming for years and will continue to come because of Jita! She truly values her work and treats her clients with care. 10/10 would recommend.

If Asas is the only one there, LEAVE! I normally let Jita or the other soft-spoken lady thread my brows. Neither were there. I told this lady I needed a cleanup but to keep it thick. She thinned them out and one arch is higher than the other. When I pointed it out to her she asked if I ever had a scar there!! Is she mentally well??! Seriously. I'm a customer of over 7yrs so I'm very familiar with their work that's the reason I didn't give 1 star.

I drive from Irving every two or three weeks just to see Jita! She’s the best threader Ive ever had. Her attention to detail and friendliness is unmatched! Highly recommend this Soi threading location and services.

Unfortunately, I left disappointed. I walked in and was immediately told that I look tired. I was exhausted, I just got out of work. We walk over to the chair and I explain the type of look I want: a clean up but I still want to maintain the thickness of my brows. I advised that I do not like them thin.
The experience itself was rough. I was cut twice. I have had my eyebrows threaded many times and this was by far the roughest someone has been with me.
Once she’s finished she passes me the mirror and I look at my brows and THEY ARE THIN. I explained to her that I was not satisfied with the service. I don’t feel like she listened to me. To top it off, theres an area she severely messed up on that’s wicked thin and obviously a mistake.
Giving 2 stars because at least I have eyebrows left. That’s worth a star

I came here with my mom and the lady who did our eyebrows not only still left hair on them but was VERY rough. She seemed very annoyed and was very harsh on the skin. I have a septum and she touched it to wax my upper lip WITHOUT telling me which felt very uncomfortable and unprofessional. I don’t think I’ll come here again.

I am so devastated. Today, 9/24 around 12:30, I visited this salon for eyebrow threading. There was only one woman working in the salon, unfortunately I didn’t get her name. She threaded my eyebrows so thin that I almost cried in the chair. Another customer was there. I didn’t want to be rude so I paid and left quickly and cried in my car. Thank god for eyebrow tint.

Sharauh ** attitude is terrible & she’s lazy . I came in today to get my eyebrows threaded ( she did a decent job but she didn’t even wipe off my excess hairs that she threaded off ) you can tell she had an attitude walking in the door, I been coming here for 5 years, ASHA usually does my brows but she wasn’t here today & I never experienced unintentional tension from her. I won’t come back unless ASHA is there . These beauty industry companies fail to realize if we don’t show up & SUPPORT their business they will make no money & the business is CLOSED . SO BE GRATEFUL.
