This is a late review from a while ago but I just remembered the way my nail lady yelled at me and it kept me up at night lol. I was actually recommended by a friend from high school to go here and she was posting a lot about the grand opening of the place— idk if her family owns it or what but I had a pretty wild experience. I never put a review because I didnt want any issues with her. Anyways, I went in to get a fill and gel color when I came back in town from college. I had 2 hours before I was going to leave to drive back to Austin so I stopped by. I had a pretty outgrown acrylic so it looked pretty bad when I walked in but nothing unfixable. When I was getting my nails done, she was pretty rough and cut up my cuticles a bit. I was bleeding. She also didn’t file all my past designs off the sides of the nails so it looked pretty bad when she went over it with the light pink gel I chose. She also didn’t dust off the nails after filing so when she put my color on, it encapsulated dust and mini curly hairs ? and then when I left to pay I just could not justify paying for the gel so I asked the front guy (I think he’s the owner— super tall, skinny, VERY kind) if I can just get the gel taken off the bill. He saw my nails and agreed it had issues. I was willing to pay for everything else and even leave a tip. BTW, I was SUPER kind and calm about it. He asked me to stay and get it redone but I literally had to leave. But then the nail lady came around the corner and started talking in viet with the guy and I could just tell things were about to go down. She was telling me that I came in with “awful nails” and she “fixed them up” for me and basically started screaming in my face and going back in forth with english and viet. The salon was completely silent. The guy at the front said sorry and gave me a coupon to come back and get my nails done for free. Never used it, never went back in. Sad, because its the closest nail salon to me and before that I came in a couple times and even brought my friends along with me. After this experience I started doing my own nails because the verbal abuse I received there was just ridiculous.

I’ve been coming here for years and I’ve never been disappointed. They are all so kind and so good. I will keep coming back!

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience and will not be returning. After my initial appointment on Friday, I noticed the acrylic was applied improperly along the sides of my nails. I returned Saturday for a correction, but the issue was not resolved. Instead, I left with bubbling nails due to what appeared to be improperly dried dip powder.

Without my consent, a gel top coat was applied—even after I expressed that I do not prefer gel. I was then asked to return yet again to speak with the manager, despite multiple unsuccessful attempts to reach him by phone.

Given the time inconvenience and upcoming travel, I requested a refund, which was denied. Now, just days later, the gel coating is peeling as expected. This entire experience reflects poor service, lack of attention to client preferences, and inadequate resolution.

This past Sunday, I visited this nail salon. I’ve had my toes done here before without any issues, so I felt comfortable trying their nail services as well but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case.

The woman at the front desk was very kind, but the older man assigned to do my nails had a terrible attitude. He was rough with my hands and seemed uninterested in providing good service. Unlike others around me, I was never offered a drink. My mom actually gave me her water, and her nail technician replaced it for her, which made the situation even more noticeable.

I also clearly asked for short nails, but he gave me a much longer length (as shown in the picture). When the front desk lady came by and referred to them as long nails, he agreed. I reminded him that I had asked for short nails and that this wasn’t what I requested, and his response was simply that it would only be “$5 more.”

On top of that, I pointed out that my thumbnails weren’t shaped like the rest, and his only response was “wait.” He never came back to fix the issue.
Overall, the experience was very disappointing, and I won’t be returning. Good customer service and attention to client requests should be a standard for everyone no exceptions.

Absolutely the best nail salon in the area. The team is professional, skilled and extremely courteous. Mina is my favorite and does an awesome job.

Mia does an amazing job every single time. Whenever I get my dip done by her, it always comes out perfect. She’s very soft-spoken, patient, and understanding, which makes the experience even better. Tommy also does an amazing job with my pedicures always thorough and professional. Highly recommend them both

Terrible manicure. I came in with acrylics and ask for them to be taken off and just a regular manicure. The man filed off the nails and left ridges in my actual nail beds. Then when he filed my tips only did with a coarse file. Didn’t go back over with a fine buff or fine file, so my nails are rigged and terrible, along with the paint job.

After this last visit, I will not be returning, which is disappointing because this used to be my go-to nail salon. I received an acrylic manicure and a gel pedicure. While the pedicure was fine, the manicure is where things went downhill.
I paid for a deluxe manicure, which involved a lot of cuticle work. During the service, the technician cut my skin and did not acknowledge it or apologize. She then continued cutting and plucking the same area that had already been cut, which was painful and uncomfortable. Toward the end, when I thought the service was finished, she removed the polish and started over without explaining why. When I asked what was happening, I only received a mumbled response with no clear explanation.
In total, I was in the salon for three hours and paid $115. I also left with remnants of my previous acrylic set still on my hands, which was frustrating given the amount of time and money spent. Overall, the experience felt careless and unprofessional, and it was not worth the cost.

Ive been multiple times. They aren't cheap. And so I wish they would take more pride in their work and have cleaner results. I got a gel polish change and pedicure. Pedicure was great becuase she was very meticulous. For hands I did a gel polish change. Im not asking anything extra on the hands but the way she completed the process was messy. I tried to explain the lack of filing the edges and I got lectures about how I should have paid more money and gotten a manicure. I didnt like that.

Very disappointed. Brought my daughter here for her homecoming nails… Application of dip powder is cloudy and sloppy. I asked for the French tip part to be painted on with gel polish twice. Application was only applied with dip powder. It also took FOREVER while we were there… We arrived at 9 am and didn’t leave until 10:30 am.. Due to them turning out so cloudy and sloppy looking I’m not sure why it ended up taking so long? Complete waste of time & money for nails that are already over priced. Will not come back here.
