The River Oaks Spine Center in Lewisville is the best chiropractic office I have been to. They have it all for one co pay. He has been very generous with me and has taken his time with me. They do rehab, decompression therapy, trigger point massage, and many other therapies designed to heal injuries. If you call or text them they are very responsive. As an aging athlete injuries are a given. River Oaks has helped me heal. I highly recommend them.

I've tried multiple chiropractors, physical therapy, spinal decompression and injections... in an attempt to alleviate sciatica symptoms (nerve pain in my legs). I felt like giving up. But then I started seeing Dr. Tang. I noticed a huge improvement in just a few weeks. There are times now when I get up and walk across the room, then realize I'm not in pain! Dr Tang is very professional and kind. He spends a good amount of time and addresses all my concerns. I highly recommend!!!!!

I am a cancer patient and was treated very unfairly by this establishment. In the morning of December 27, 2021 they confirmed my appointment was with Reagan a male therapist that was going to do my massage on December 29, 2021 at 11:30 a.m. In the afternoon around 4 p.m. in the afternoon they texted that my massage wouldn't be with Reagan that it would be with a female therapist who now has COVID. A friend of mine had booked the massage with Reagan a male therapist and had gifted it to me. They said that Reagan can't do the massage as he doesn't do Groupon rates. But this is totally not true as he did a Groupon rate on my friend. They totally lied and said that they couldn't do the massage this week at all. If I could give negative number for a star I would but it doesn't go that low. But they obviously are low. So stay clear of them. They are so unprofessional and to treat a person with cancer this way is just a shame. Shame on them.

The review can't give a negative number so by default I am having to rate them higher than they deserve. My best friend booked a medical massage for me with Reagan a male therapist for December 29, 2021 at 11:30 a.m. They confirmed with my email address that it was booked with Reagan for that date and time the morning of December 27, 2021. Around 4 p.m. in the afternoon I received a strange text from them and we texted back and forth. To make a long story short they said they switched therapists from Reagan to a female therapist that has COVID and that she can't honor that date. When I countered with I have a male therapist Reagan they advised he doesn't do the Groupon customers. This is an outright lie as he did one for my best friend. To make a long story short I have complained now to the BBB and am hoping for a resolution. They treated me, a cancer patient very unprofessionally. So since there are plenty of places steer clear of this one and take your business elsewhere if you are smart.

Purchased a Groupon, spent a week calling them multiple times a day. Nobody picked up to schedule my massage. I tried their online scheduling system and it's been down for a while.

The experience was very good. Dr. Tang and Reagan were very professional and knowledgeable. Reagan conducted my massage and focused on my problem areas while explaining in simple but accurate detail how I can improve them. Dr. Tang conducted my chiropractic care. He conversed with me and also explained what and why he was adjusting a certain way. The facility itself was clean and organized. I would definitely go back and recommend to others.
