The carpet was clean but the technician also stole $60 out of my purse. I filled a police report and now I am waiting. I would not trust them at all. My son informed me he seen the tech go inside of my purse. When I check 15 minutes after he left my money was folded and all that was left was 2 of my 5 bills. STILL FOLDED. Still haven’t found it. Only me and my son live here I am new to Dallas so I don’t have company and right before the tech came exactly 20 minutes before the tech came. I just took the money out of the ATM and followed to get a money order to pay him. So basically I paid $125 for a one bedroom carpet cleaning.
