Anthony Prak was on time and courteous. He explained everything in detail, reset the system and help us downloading the application and navigate through the process. We can’t even feel the system running now. Great job. Thanks!

Prime AC was quick to respond and fixed the problem at a fair price. Marco was professional and documented every step.
Update 2026, we have a service plan and this great company comes out to check the unit and change the filter. Anthony came out today, a very personal able and professional young man that completed the service and explained everything. Great company.
Anthony and Jason were responsive to my questions, knowledgeable, patient and understanding. We are repeat customers for maintenance and appreciate the service, attitude and respect.

Prime AC came out fast after hours and when we unfortunately had to replace the whole system, they had it done before schedule the next day. Their customer service and crew were all top notch!
