I feel so relieved to have this task of Chimney Sweep checked off my list. Unfortunately, our chimney was spitting smoke into the home last winter and felt unsafe, so we stopped using it. However, due to the pandemic, I just now reached out to Deanna with Partners Chimney Sweep to make the appointment to look at the chimney. She was accommodating and answered several of my questions, and we set the appointment for today. I was very pleased with Steve and Steve. They were right on time for the work and very pleasant and friendly. They cleaned the chimney quickly and thoroughly. I was shocked at the amount of soot that fell, but their vacuum sucked it right up and out of my house. During the visit, Steve also taught me the proper way to use our fireplace to ensure it burns cleanly and help create heat into the home instead of up the chimney. He also took time to show me how to get the smoke stain off our bricks and to teach me more about using the proper screen and grate for our fireplace. I am thankful to have found this company and will now call upon them for all future cleanings. Now I am excited to enjoy the beauty and warmth of the fireplace once fall is officially here!
