NetProtect was recommended to us by another business in the DFW area and they have saved us every single time we have had issues! They also helped us transition to a new location and made it smooth so we were down for only a few hours and could resume business as normal. Net Protect is prompt in response, issuing a ticket with progress reports and solutions for transparency between service provider and client. Computer issues are thoroughly resolved with skill for the computer savvy client and patience for the less technical client. Everyone we have worked with has been actively interested, completely competent and solution oriented. The team is quite proactive, always addressing anticipated potential issues throughout our office. The team is not in our city, but has very competent local alternate providers to take care of ordinary non-remote issues and in the case of moving our office, personally handled the complete installation.
