David was fantastic to work with! I had an issue that went on for a couple of weeks, and he consistently checked in with me to see if it had been resolved. On the day a tech was scheduled to come fix my laptop, David even made sure to let me know the tech was on the way and asked me to let him know if everything was finally fixed.
He was truly great to work with, and I hope I’m always lucky enough to get David whenever I have a tech issue. He provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of!
